I’ve lived here since 2009 and I honestly think it’s a pretty great place to live. Respect is a 2 way street and if you give respect when speaking with staff, you get it in return, I’ve never had any issues with anyone that has worked here. The Broadway seems to retain staff for years at a time in some cases, which I feel speaks to how the place is ran from upper management and owners. I’ve lived at apartment communities where management and leasing agents would change multiple times in a 12 month period, and I only ever stayed one lease term at these other places. So 9 years at The Broadway shows that this place isn’t bad at all. I would personally recommend it and have had friends move here who I did recommend it to. Everyone has had their own experiences, but mine have been good here.

The only reason they got 1 Star is because it forced me to. DO NOT RENT HERE! The leasing agent is so unprofessional and changes the price of apartment after telling me another. The emails look like a 3 year old wrote them. The manager is NEVER there and never returns a call. They will charge extra fees and then keep the money illegally. Apparently the management company is unaware of the emails that are sent from this office and that the staff lies for the manager who is out ALL THE TIME and NEVER returns calls. Don’t waste your money here.

Living at the Broadway Apartments was more than comfortable. It’s quiet and kept together really nice, inside and out! Monique and Chris were my saving grace on more than one occasion and couldn’t ask for a better crew to run the complex! Highly encourage for families and single mothers/fathers who are looking for a place that feels like home.
Maintence were always quick to come out when needed! Which was very rare because I never had any issues!

I was a resident at the Broadway Apartments for 4 years. Monique, Christian,the hard working maintenance guys and housekeeping make an amazing team!!! The apartments are affordable and management is great!! They will go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable in your home!! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves! I really enjoyed my years here! I’m grateful!!!

This Apartment management is far one of the best I have dealt with in some years . Jennifer is such a amazing person, she really helped in making my move a easy and great one. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the market to move. The complex is very clean and quiet. So glad to be a new tenant.
