Horrible place, even more horrible customer service. I had to ask the lady who was doing my feet for the pumice to scrub my own feet. Polish job was mediocre. I had to apply my own oil. There are at least 4 nail shops with a 2 block radius. Go to anyone but this one. Digusting place!

Techs always seem rushed. Gel manis look bumpy. One too many chances, not wasting my $ at this place again.

Came here for the first time in a long time with my sister. My sister was taken right away, but i had a very long wait to be started. But I'm a patient person so it wasnt the worst FOR ME. Finally started the pedicure, and it was very soothing, a bit longer than usual but toes taken care of. On to the nails, I got coffin shaped acrylic ombre, with the male tech. And I have to say, I have never had better shaping!!!! As well as my sister, with a different tech, her shaping was amazing. Both of our nails came out sooo perfect. So definitely made up for the wait!

3rd visit here and it was terrible same night I got my nails done they began chipping. Woke up the next morning to four nails missing polish. I paid for a gel manicure that usually last 2 weeks, it didn’t last 1 full day.

Everything is over priced. Spent $21 plus tip on a pedicure. Went back the next day to fix a chipped toe nail and instead removing the whole nail polish off, she decided to add 5 more coats of paint. My nail chipped AGAIN the next day.
