I love the people that actually do nails. It is the front desk and people who deal in customer service that are absolutely awful. No people skills, tell you something will be 10 minutes and you are sitting in there for an hour and often times you just stand at the desk while they talk to each other before they even acknowledge you. Not worth the money on most days. I got there when I have to because of convenience.

Went here on a walk in basis with a group of 4 for pedicures. They have two walls of pedicure stations lining both sides of the shop. Its looks like they can accomadate probably 10 or more on each side. The chairs you sit in are massage chairs. The staff was fast professionally executing their work. Some of the packages include a glass of wine. The shop has a liquor license and small bar and you can order drinks too. They have a cloud mural in the center of the shop which creates a fun relaxing environment. They take reservations to a point then just encourage you to walk in and add your name to a list. We had only a short wait. The women in the group choose color polish and they had a huge selection.

Great place to get your nails done. Looks like they're moving in May. Combining with Prive. Still in Crocker Park.

If you want to waste your time waiting and see people get helped before you even if they came after you go to this place. I called prior to coming and i have been told that the wait time is 20 minutes, after arriving the front desk man tells me that the wait time is an hour fifteen minutes where I literally called five minutes ago, then he tells me that I will be helped within 30 minutes so I waited and after 30 minutes he tells me that They still need 15 minutes and while i was waiting he let people who came after me to be helped while i was still waiting . So in total I waited for almost an hour then I left without being helped! Thank you for ruining my day !
