Tommy and Rose are the best!! I've been going to Nova for going on two years and this is a business of both quality and class. They take pride in their work and the customer service is superb. Hands down the best nails and waxing services I've ever had.

The wait is like forever!! Hate the waiting... u have to wait for hours! And at times when u make an appointment it's of no use, they still make u wait regardless. The only reason I come here is because of sns and tan becuase he does a good job.Else I would rather go somewhere else and not waste my time waiting.

Ok let me say that I will return to the salon. I received the best pedicure massage I've ever had. Lorna was very kind, friendly and up front about pricing. They do try to push the sns dip set but I think it's because they're really good at it and have a really big selection. I decided against it after much discussion. ( I really like me gel nails) I think my only complaint is that I don't care for the drill to remove the old gel nail polish, I'll just tell them next time to soak my polish off.
This is not a big salon they have about 8 pedicure chairs and they do a thorough job, I'm betting if you go when they're busy it'll take longer because they are busy and don't rush their customers out of there.

Poor customer service and extremely slow. I arrived at 2:50pm asked for a deluxe pedicure and and complete set of nails. Well I received the pedicure, needless to say by 4:35pm I still hadn't got started with the nails. So I paid for the previous and excited the building.
They have 5 manicurists and they cannot keep up with service SMH, that's not a good look for our of town guest looking for a salon to have last minute repairs done.

There are NO bad manicures or pedicures at this place. Rose and Tommy run a tight ship and their goal is to please. They have great employees who care about the quality of their services. AMAZING!
