Didn't do such a good job at first. My toenails were all uneven with sharp corners because she clipped them. I asked her twice if she was going to file them & she said yes, but, when she began to paint them, I had to stop her & have her round them out. I paid extra for the spa treatment & the massage chair was not so relaxing. Not enough pressure & out dated. There were little bugs flying around, she was rough cleaning my feet & hurt me, the water that my feet were soaking in was cold, the jets were weak. Basically, I could of done them myself at home better, but, my neck & back have been killing me, so, decided to treat myself...wont go back!

My friend and I went in here yesterday and both had the same staff person give us a pedicure. We both had to ask her to recut our nails all though she did ask if we wanted them short. We both agreed that the massage was mediocre and we have no intention of returning. This place has been around here for years probably one of the first nail salons in Hillcrest area. Very disappointed as I had been there a number of times over the years and it was always just okay.

Not only do they have poor customer service but they use their cheap prices to lure people in. I stopped by here while running errands to get my acrylic nails removed. The woman literally used clippers to cut my nail and then used a cuticle remover and another acrylic tip to scrape the acrylic off my nail. I stopped her midway because the process was so painful. She said that if she used the electric nail file (standard tool used for the removal of acrylic or gel) it would take too long. I suspect they don’t even have the high quality tools or acetone to properly remove nails. If you don’t want to damage your nails I suggest you stay far away from this place.

that you guys are THE BEST NAIL SALON IN SAN DIEGO, HECK IN CA!!
I've been bringing my hands, feet, and eyebrows,
including my Mother {RIP}, Father, Sisters and Brothers
to get their extremities
beautified for over 15 years!
Each and every time, I'm greeted with warm "hello's",
and immediate attention. What I adore about this salon
is both very kind, Owners are present daily,
and pay attention to the details of each Nail Tech's work.
Each Nail Tech, save for two, have been working here
almost as long as I can remember! That tells you
something right there, that there is minimal turnover,
and it is a happy, clean place to work!
Now onto the nails....GREAT manicures/pedicures, f
or an affordable price!
The best aspect of both, are the incredible massages
every tech gives as part of the service.
Sometimes I just come here for a hand/foot massage,
as I have an ailment, which causes me entire body pain.
The massages are a blessing for this condition.
The Salon is EXCELLENT! { 10 stars! }

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only were they blatantly talking about me to my face but the had people getting pedicures in normal chairs instead of the one with the tub . Unless you LOOKED wealthy like you’d tip well the service was terrible . They treated the wealthy looking women so much better than they did me . She had me perched in THE MOST uncomfortable position and yelled at me when I told her it was uncomfortable and then proceeded to hold my foot in that place . Not to mention how OVER PRICED
they are . Don’t go here . It’d be a shame for
