Went in for a mani/pedi. The tech went a little crazy with the electric filer thingy. I was nicked a couple of times, when I told her, she just said oops sorry. Got dip nails, she spent about 45 minutes filing them down, they are thin now? Spent $85 for a mani/pedi left with neosporin on my cuts....

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Upon check out my mother was asked to provide her license with her bank card... My mother reponded run the card as a debit card and she would enter her pin number... The lady responded that she would still need to see her license. A full blown argument was prompted because the lady refused to run her bank card with my mother using her pin... The lady insinuated that I maybe using a stolen card... My mother reponded that a stolen card that I have the pin for and a $35.00 pedicure... My mother stated that she didn't ask others for identification upon their check out... The lady reponded you are new... Long story short a sign should be posted stating new customers paying with credit or debit card have to show proper ID to process payments... This would clearly state their policy and not make people feel discriminated against... Customer service is everything and repeat customers is the key to a successful business....

The ladies at work here are so awesome. They treated me and my grandmother and my mom Wonderfully. Great customer service and spent so much time on our feet. The also have really great prices too. They didn't rush whenever we had a pedicure. I hate whenever they rush through the massage. These people didn't do that at all. I highly recommend this place

i have been coming for a few months now and initially would only get my nails done. I was/am pleased. I have had problems with other salons and pedicures and was very reluctant. I let the owner convince me to try them. I did. This is my third or or fourth pedicure using the same technician and my middle nail on my left foot has turned black! There is another nail that is not looking a little peculiar. I just finished making an appt at 4am with a podiatrist. I thought I had it right this time.

I got dip nails, and they turned out extremely thin. They look good, but don't know how long they will last. Looks very basic in salon.
