This staff was super friendly. Great prices. The atmosphere is very laid back. Although if you are looking for a more relaxing spa like experience this is not the place to be. On the positive side of you are in a rush they will have you in and out in fifteen minutes for a deluxe pedicure. Also if you want your calloused skin on your feet removed I would recommend going somewhere else.

Left crying and BLEEDING in the middle of my appointment! All I wanted was a simple gel ombré manicure. When I sat down the lady kept pressuring to do dip which I did not want. She tried to do gel and it looked bad so I politely told her that I didn’t quite like them and she informed me it would look much better dipped so I trusted her. She’s the professional. The owner came over and told her she wasn’t doing it correctly with the dip and to have the guy next to her do it that “he was better.” So I moved over a chair and before I could say anything he just started slapping on acrylic which I didn’t want! I’m not a picky person so I let it go, maybe he’d do a great job. This man cut just about every single finger. I pulled my hands away and they were bleeding pretty bad. He didn’t say anything or ask me if i was okay. I got up before he was even half way done and left with chunky, half dry acrylic and called another place to get them off. 8 out of 10 nails have cuts like this.

Have been coming here for a year now at recommendation of a friend. The service is good quality which is why I keep coming back, however it’s VERY hard to get an appointment and staff are very rude when answering the phone — almost like it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re wanting an appointment! Almost every time I call I get told that my preferred date is “busy” and can I come on a different day, then when I really push for it magically (yet RELUCTANTLY) they can find a time on the preferred date. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for booking a mani on a day I want. They also aren’t open on Sundays which is a real bummer if you work the standard M-Fr. Plus I come to learn they are closed for almost the whole WEEK of Thanksgiving which I have never heard of a small business being closed for THAT long. One would think they’d want to make extra $$$ being open day after T-Day and that weekend! Their hours just do not make it convenient for their customers but it’s clear they don’t care about that. When I mentioned to the staff on the phone that it would be nice if they had more convenient hours they respond “well ma’am you gotta do what you gotta do and we’ll do what we gotta do.” Cool. You go do that then. And I’ll make my way to another salon that knows how to provide good customer service. Sorry but you guys aren’t the only nail salon in town! :-)

Laura does my nails and Tina does my feet. They are awesome and I get tons of compliments. The shop is a friendly place and it's very clean. I strongly recommend it!
