I have followed them from location to location for 21 years. I think that alone tells everyone how great they are. Never had a bad experience and feel pampered even in just getting a cut. They are now taking care of my daughter who has some medical issues and let me tell you she is treated so gently and everyone makes her feel special. I will never go anywhere else.

I called and made a appointment to color my hair same day. My hair was a mess and the poor student did everything to make me happy. She took her time to make sure I was happy. Then after all was said and done the instructors were trying to rush me out and the student stopped me and blew my hair out so I could see the results of 5.5 hours of work and to make sure I was satisfied. Good price and great students.

I wanted purple hair with pink highlights. I got leah to do my hair and she did an amazing job!! it's been a month since I got it done and it still looks incredible!! will definitely be back for a touch up!

It was a,really good school they did everyone really good. The place itself was really clean.

Skin is not bad.
They do an awful job on nails.
I have liked my hair, when done there, for the most part but it takes WAY too long and my own stylist is only $10 more and takes half the time (2 hrs instead of 5 at Francois D) so I do not get my hair done here. You are better off looking for a licensed stylist in the valley bc it really will likely not be that much more and again, it will save you some hours.
I like the laser and waxing.
I did get a laser and the towel I was given to drape myself in was FILTHY. I was not happy or OK with that and told the student.
That is NEVER ok.
