Salary for technicians ranges from $1100-$1500/week (guaranteed earnings above the base pay), depending on skill level - Preference will be given to technicians with an Arkansas license. In summer, technician income ranges from $1400-$2000, and in winter from $1000-$1200. The salon is located in White County, in a predominantly white area with many upscale clients. The clientele is 90% white Americans, with high tips. There are stable customers year-round.
