Tiệm không chủ cả gì hết, cần tìm đồng bọn có khả năng dũa ít nhất $400-$500 một ngày, càng nhiều càng tốt (nhưng vẫn chuẩn) bởi vì tiệm ko có chủ trương mướn thợ nhiều làm ảnh hưởng income thợ khác. “Thợ đi làm chỉ có ngồi và dũa, mọi thứ linh tinh có cha nội owner lo hết”. Tương lai hoặc hiện tại nếu thợ tự biên tự diễn được có thể để mướn booth luôn, khỏi ăn chia.
.Chỉ làm Gel, ko làm sơn thường cho cả tay chân (khỏi phải lăng tăng lèm bèm). Tiệm ko có chủ trương làm chân ngồi bóp lâu mất thời gian.
.Tiệm sơn màu trắng nên toàn mỹ trắng. Giá rất cao, tiệm Vietnam nhưng ráng đu giá tiệm Mỹ. Dũa ra tiền dễ dàng, nhẹ nhàng, nhanh chóng.
.Sạch sẽ, máy đổi không khí chạy suốt nên tiệm ko mùi.
.Rộng thoáng nhưng được setup thuận tiện để thợ từ tốn nhưng ra khách, tất cả supply nước sơn, bột,… ngay sau lưng và trước mặt, không phải đi đâu xa. Tiệm rất nhiều màu và bột nhưng thợ mới vô cũng có thể bóc cái trúng liền, ko mất thời gian.
.Thợ kiểm soát lịch hẹn và giờ giấc nếu ko làm walk-in, kiểm tra tiền làm tiền tip trực tiếp trên phone không phải ghi chép cộng sổ, không thiếu một cent.
