I am the owner but I can't do acrylics, only manicure and pedicure. I graduated with a Marketing degree from Swinburne University - Melbourne, Australia, so I know how to advertise extremely well and have a very stable customer base. Winter income for acrylic technicians is $9,000-12,000; Summer $9,000-14,000.
The salon currently has 3 acrylic technicians with 16 years of experience who can handle all nail situations.
If anyone is good at design work for acrylics, we can share earnings and offer high salaries with housing provided.
Salary for Acrylic Technicians is $1,400/week (6 days), and for Manicure/Pedicure Technicians is $1,100/week (6 days).

My salon has 3 skilled acrylic technicians who are friendly and kind; one even has an MBA in accounting but still works at my salon. So I hope to find a mid-level acrylic technician who is humble and says no to drama. The salon operates more than 8 shifts daily and over 12 shifts on weekends so there’s plenty of work – the owner doesn’t take shifts (doesn’t know how to do acrylics either) so I hope to find one more technician to retain customers.
