*** Technicians with all skills will be guaranteed a weekly salary of $1500.
*** Manicurists and Dip powder technicians will be guaranteed a weekly salary of $1200.
*** Skilled technicians with long-term commitment will have year-round guaranteed salary paid weekly.
*** Those with weaker skills will receive additional training.
