The salon has good lotion, clients are upscale and willing to spend money, high tips… comfortable work environment, the owner cleans every day so workers can feel secure working in a clean environment. Friendly and fair turn distribution..... 90% of clients are for manicure, pedicure and dip; light work with high salary 😃👍🏻 less powder so you don’t need to worry… difficult tasks are taken care of by the owner 😝 no high skill required, just make sure the customers are happy and pay is OK…😂😆 in winter when there are fewer clients you can go home early but still ensure full salary for you to recharge for summer 😉 Although we really need workers, our salon does not hire part-time employees as we want to keep clients for those who work full-time dedicating all their time to help the salon.
