Melissa the front desk assistant is the BEST, she’s always ready to help with whatever, I had debt issues and she helped me all the way through it. I didn’t feel judged nor discriminated against.
Kameron was ready to direct me to the back immediately over my personal issues and I really appreciate the privacy she was extending towards me!
I love this place because of these 2.

This facility is very clean and well equipped. I have noticed a lot of equipment that I had never seen in other gyms. The front staff is polite and always greet me with a smile. The machines are never broken and are always clean.

Good place to work out. Best times to go is during day ornon weekends. Not so crowded then

So my wife has a gym membership at this fitness connection location. She was given 2 guess passes so we(my nephew and I) decided to go work out with her to see if we liked the gym(I’m a member of another gym). Well after we signed in and showed our guest passes we waiting for about 20 mins for an associate to help us. Finally someone helped us but wait my nephew doesn’t have an I’d so they said well we can’t help you. Like really dude you couldn’t of told us this before wasting our time. And to think we were excited to workout there.....

From my personal experience all they do is steal money out of your bank account without you signing anything and hope you won’t do anything about it. Also when you try to press them about the issue they pretend like they will fix it, but then do absolutely nothing to solve it and continue to draft money out of your bank account hoping you just forget.
