By far the best nail tech in Battle Creek! Billyne does quality work and her prices are great. Just make sure to schedule in advance because her schedule does fill up quickly 🙂

I recently had a shellac manicure done at Billyne's and within a week the polish began to separate from my fingernails; this has never happened with any other salon. I researched on line to determine what was going on. All I learned was that there were discrepancies between the way the service was performed and the recommended methods. Since there was no way to speak by phone or even leave a message I kept driving by the salon until I finally noticed it was open and stopped in to show Billyne my nails. She agreed to give me a refund but two weeks later I'm still waiting to see the charges returned to my account. I'm beyond disappointed and feel that it's unfortunate that I have to post this publicly.

I came in with aweful nails done by BC nails and she fit me into her busy schedule and fixed them! She’s an amazing person who cares about the final product not the price of it.
