Mr.Henry did my nails a full set almond shape is what I requested but I received poorly shaped heavily uneven acrylic nails. The nail polish was applied harshly Elaine the owner did my pedicure and cut my toenails unevenly. I was there 3 hrs for this unruly customer service. I will never return everrrrrrrr they just rush the customers they are very money hungry and try to multitask services with different customers at once!! They seem racists towards blacks, like as if they can provide poor service and charge high amounts of money. I paid $65 for a service I was ashamed to show anyone. Never again in my life I tell you . Don't waste your money guys , they should be closed down

I used to love to get my nails done here. Henry was my favorite nail tech but he's been very rude today just because I wasn't getting a full set he preferred me not to wait on him to go to someone else there. I won't be returning but other than that the other nail techs are sweet.

I'm so mad I'll never go here again my nails are falling off so I can't get a full a fill in they are over priced and to top it off I was charged extra for the length after they said there wasn't a charge I also had my sister with me and her nails fell off after 3 days they made us wait 2 hours didn't take their time and are very rude, Ive been getting my nails done since I I was 18 and have never experienced anything like this before...

No greeting. The first technician had a scowl on her face. When I tried to casually talk it was like she couldn’t understand me. The second technician after me soaking my nails for twenty minutes said I need to soak longer. I soaked for another 10 minutes before the THIRD technician came by to check and start on my nails. They were jumping seats from client to client. I watch them do a pedi fora client and full set before I walked out the door!!! Another client got a pedi and full set too......,,this was far from a relaxing nail experience. More like Hot potato.

I have been here for a manicure but not had any issues, but I went for a pedicure yesterday and left bleeding. They used an abrasive sponge on my foot which left several scratches. I’m not one to leave reviews usually but my foot hurts today and I am not happy about it. It was not relaxing at all.
