The Nail Salon is nice, the staff were all very friendly, I am making this my "go-to" salon. Tony did my pedi for the holidays, and it was so relaxing! Very detail oriented.

My first time here, (and i've been to two other salons prior). I asked for a acrylic full set and Helen, at the front, offered me a gel acrylic full set, told me it was better bc the polish stays on better and it lasts longer. I had Kim do my nails and she was very nice. Took an hour and i was very pleased.

Just moved here and was told this was the best place for nails. My nails were done in 20 minutes!! Best nail job I have ever had!!

Matrix is probably one of the best salons in town. They have amazing prices, flexible hours, they're quick yet accurate and spot on with their work. I've never had a bad experience or bad nail day since switching to Matrix over 2 years ago. If I break a nail they take me right away and fix it without charging. Matrix is run and operated by some of the sweetest people you will ever meet - Helen is the sweetest lady ever and genuinely cares about her customers as do all the nail techs. I've had almost all the nail techs work on my nails and I've never once had a complaint - they're all around the absolute best and work with whatever you want. I've never been to a nail salon where they joke around with and actually talk to you, but at Matrix's it's the exact opposite! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone, any budget and any location. My friends in Jax beach cross the ditch (literally so far out of their way) just to go to Matrix.

Love love love this place! They are always so sweet & customer service is wonderful!! They remembered me after my first time going and they make you feel great! My nails always look perfect after going here, would definitely recommend! I get my nails done with Helen, and my mom goes to Lee, they are both wonderful!
