I will not go back to this place. I called while 2 minutes away and asked if there was a wait. I was told no by the lady who answered the phone. When I got there all of the technicians were with someone. I waited over 30 minutes. When I told her I had just called and was told there was no wait her response was "everybody came all at once". All those people didn't come in the 2 minutes it took for me to get there. They have their regulars and people seem to love them and losing my lil money wont bother them but I WILL NOT GO BACK. Bad customer service and I got my nails done yesterday and it literally looks like I just about need a fill already
