Love the work Doug has done on my nails. Each time I come in with a picture of how I want my nails to look, he never fails. Also, the pedicure was great for my 1st time. I prefer going during the week since it's not too busy like the weekend. Reasonable prices as well.

Don't waste your time. Had an issue with my nail polish actually fading in spots, it looked like tie dye after about a week. I went back in and showed it to Doug and he looked away and said he didn't see any problem. When I told him there WAS a problem he said that I must have stained it. I told him it was impossible for me to stain 20 fingers and toes so he wiped acetone on one to see if it would come off. It did not. I told him I would pay for my manicure but not my pedicure as it was really bad on my toes. He finally said he would take off the gel charge on my manicure only. I told him it was only fair he take the gel charge off both the mani and pedi and I would pay the rest. He looked frustrated and said FINE! Not one person spoke to me after that... and the place was empty except for me. He tried to make me uncomfortable but it didn't work. Before i left i told him all I wanted was for him to say sorry about that and make it right. It wasn't personal and you should try to treat your customers with some respect. It basically cost him nothing to give me the gel for the regular price but you would have thought that I stole all his money from the register. I'm sure he doesn't care but I won't be back. Since it has been empty 2 out of the 3 times I had been there I'm guessing I'm not the only one.

Excellent pedicure! Great customer service! Convenient! Relaxing in spite of being inside a Walmart!
