I went to Rockford location with my mom. We both had a terrible experience. The management staff was rude to both of us. I had gel polish removed (put on by a different salon) and new regular polish applied. I had my fingers soaking in pure acetone on and off for over an hour. I was told the polish would dry in 10-20 mins. I washed my hands over half an hour later and they all got ruined. My mom had a pedicure and said that the water was barely lukewarm and the woman never introduced herself. She spent the entire time talking to a coworker. The only thing I liked about my entire experience was Lauren, who took the time to take most of the gel off and came back periodically to check on me while I soaked my nails. We have no intentions of returning.
