Service is inconsistent. Some stylists are great. Others are terrible. For example, my son tried to explain how he wanted his hair cut, and his stylist ignored him. When he told her she wasn’t listening to him, she refused to finish cutting his hair. Granted, my son is still learning tact—but he’s 10, and this woman is an adult. Fortunately, after my husband spoke to another stylist, she finished the job. Unfortunately, the previous stylist cut his hair way shorter than requested. My son left feeling confused and deflated—and with a haircut he hated. We’re never going back.

Bobbi the manager of Regis has been doing my hair for nearly six years. I am absolutely devoted to her as a customer because I am a perfectionist and she has never disappointed me. Bobbi is Da BOMB at coloring! I’ve never had a hairstylist quite like her and I couldn’t imagine anyone else styling, cutting or coloring my hair☺️

I went in wanting to go from medium brown to a blonde that matched my daughter. Bobbi was my stylist and she did such a fantastic job! I have long hair and even though it’s fine, I have a lot of it. She was so patient and very easy to talk to. Other places I’ve gone to have still left my root color in when getting highlights but everything blends so beautifully now. I was nervous about the change, but I absolutely love my hair! She gave great advice and tips on how to maintain my hair, will definitely be going back!!

Bobbi is the best! I had several hair catastrophes at Elements and Bobbi was able to nurse my hair back to health. She will tell you like it is when it comes to your hair, so if she says its going to take a few sessions, its going to take a few sessions. That's so you don't destroy your hair!

Raylin is brilliant with color and cut. She is one of those rare, truly gifted individuals. I am from the Manhattan area and have high standards.
