The pedicure itself was wonderful. Exactly how I wanted it. The only bad thing was that when the nail people stopped speaking whatever language they were speaking to ask me a question I had no clue that they were asking me a question.

Best manicures & pedicures in the Metrowest, with waxing services also available at Susan's spacious shop along Sudbury's Route 20. Very reasonable prices for such high quality work. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about. The facial service is absolutely ridiculous. My face felt so soft and smooth afterward!

Came here awhile ago and it was a great experience! The salon was just awesome and my pedi is lasted for 2 weeks! I love the fact that tech was very welcoming when I walked in! She took care of me so well! Love how friendly she was and she did an incredible job! She was very detailed oriented and careful with little step

This was the worst nail experience i have ever had. To start off when we arrived there was only one person there and they were sitting on the couch sprawled out with their laptop on. My friend went first and i had to wait for 20 minutes for the owner Susan to arrive and do my nails. During both our manicures they both answered phones calls, which i see as very rude. The worst part of the experience for me though was probably the fact that she filed off my entire nail. I had very long nails and when she asked me about the length i said a bit shorter. She cut them to the perfect length but when she started filing she didn't stop until she got down to my skin, by the time i noticed it was too late and she was already on the the second nail. Finally i would like to say that i have no idea where all of these amazing reviews are coming from and i am quite convinced that they have been bought or written by workers them selves because this is ridiculous. i am NEVER returning.
