I just love Polished and the staff who are amazing. Selena and others got my nails and toes in great shape for my upcoming Jamaica wedding. This place is so laid back and I always have a great time chatting and laughing with everyone there. Thank you all!!!!

My friend and I came by with an hour before close. I called on our way and they insisted we come by, they have time for us. We ended up waiting for about as long as my actual pedicure took. I chose the $36 session and have gotten a better service with the $25 choice from elsewhere. The place had a 100 rating, not sure how that’s possible. The chairs were dingy and run down, massage was unsatisfactory.
I even brought my own polish. They insisted having time for a manicure so I had one. I paid $30 for gel color that I didn’t even like that much.
Rushed job, little massage during pedicure, manicure just ok. I guess that’s what I get for not going to my regular place and coming in before closing time.

Super fast service, total bonus! Great people and nice atmosphere. Plan to go back soon. Tiny bit overpriced, buuuut, we were willing to pay for the service and happy with the outcome, so you decide ;)

Very disappointed. Wasn't going to even say anything but after waking up to my toenails already chipping, not happy. First impression, disgusting. Didn't look like chairs or pedicure areas are cleaned and/or taken care of. We were rushed to pick colors and sat in our chairs 30 mins waiting our turn. Pedicures were rushed and painful. Website advertises 'professional beauty service,' free wifi, and complimentary wine and soda... Ladies were NOT professional at all. When my friend asked about the wifi password, the lady who gave it to her was not clear and mumbled it 2 or 3 times before my friend just gave up. And, we were NEVER offered a drink. She nor I will ever return.
