I had dip powder nails on and came in to get them removed. I was the only customer and the nail lady proceeded to take nail clippers and rip/pry them off. I told her that it was painful and that I knew they were supposed to be taken off with acetone and she replied saying that it didn't hurt and it was fine. She told me it would take her way too long. After standing up to leave, she told me she'd do it. The entire time she complained and said I was wasting her time. She kept guilting me and telling me that I was being too dramatic. Honestly, it was the worst customer service ever, if you even want to call it that. It was more like customer shaming. I will absolutely never be back again. And, after all that, it was $15! Seriously don't reccomend.

She doesn't listen and did a horrible job I sat there for 2 hours and my nails were still screwed up I highly recommend not getting acrylics done here, she doesn't care what she did to my nails and she just makes fun of me for being picky.

Very bad thumbs down she was too rough on my mom's nails.

Not impressed and needed a nail fixed price posted at $3 & they tried to charge $8
