I absolutely love this place. I always come in last minute and get whoever is available and they always do a good job with color and cut. Yesterday I stepped down the stairs and broke my ankle there and they were SO sweet and caring and called security to come check and take pictures and put me in a wheel chair and rolled me to the car! They offered ems but I didn’t want it. I love this place! And Audrey just called me to check in with me about my foot I told her the hospital said it was broken and she was so caring! They are the best!!!

Came in today looking a hot mess!!! Monica took such great care of me!! I wanted to do a completely diff look than normal. She took charge and I am beyond pleased with the look. Great customer service! Also Alex her assistant was super sweet.

I enjoy coming here. London takes really good care of my color and knows her stuff. Rachel is a great stylist who will make you look like a runway model. I stopped going to my hair stylist/colorist for years to start coming here and I'm glad I switched!

I used to go here all the time for my usual haircut. My bangs were always a little sideways (I have straight bangs) but it was easy enough to fix. This last time my hair was cut about 3 inches shorter than I asked and my bangs were so messed up I had no choice but to wear them pulled back until I could fix them. I'm giving 2 stars because they offered to fix it for free. However, I'm not sure how to can give back 3 inches and straighten my bangs without cutting them shorter. Good customer service, but their stylists might need a little more training.
