Staff were amazing, friendly and very patient while I picked my color. Pedicure was absolutely amazing and trust me I have had plenty to compare it to. The mani and brow wax was just icing on the cake! I'm not from here so this is my 1st time here. I will come back each time I am in Foley, AL!

My mother came here to get her nails done, and my mom asked a simple question. The owner then had an attitude and asked my mom what was wrong with her. She got into an argument with my mom and then told my mom that she was no longer allowed in the shop. Very unprofessional, and I’m not happy with the way my mother was treated. Another worker even told my mom to leave the owner alone. If I had the choice to, I would give this place 0 stars.

Took my daughter in for a pedicure and dipped nails. My daughter was not liking the way they were shaped. She is very shy so I spoke up for her. The owner told me to go sit back down and she would speak to my daughter. I let her know I am her mother and she is a minor. She continued to argue and get extremely mad. I’ve been to a lot of nail places and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Typically the customer can request a change if they don’t like the shape etc with out them getting completely bent out of shape and taking it personal.

I have been going here since last summer and always have a great experience. I always get nails extra long with two different colors of gel polish. Never a problem. Granted the ladies are not big on talking a lot but for me that’s great. In my job I’m required to talk so when I’m getting my nails done, I’m happy with just that.
