This was my first time at Best Nail Spa and with Jessica. I loved it!! I definitely will continue to schedule appointments here. I had decided to try a place closer to my house and it was worth it! Jessica was friendly, very detailed and took her time with my nails. I had a manicure and she was the most gentle I have ever dealt with. She made sure the entire time that my nails were the way I wanted them. I recommend Jessica and Best Nail Spa to everyone.

Usually very busy. I suggest finding a tech that meets your expectations and schedule your appointments. I always have my next appointment made in advance. I am a regular. I go every two weeks for a fill-in and pedicure. My tech is wonderful and does a great job. My nails always look great! Amazing designs and my latest obsession is cat's eye gel polish.

I went and got my nails done today, it was my first time at this salon; it was very clean. the lady that did my nails matched exactly what i wanted. She was super nice, i will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

Receptionist is always rude, non friendly in person or on the phone. Always late for appointments & not very clean. I’d rather go elsewhere for better customer service & on time appointments. Don’t over book if you cannot be on time! I hear great things about OK Nails near Staples on Ireland Rd, checking this place out next month.

They do a good job, but big groups are not ideal here. I have come with a few large parties, and if you get a pedicure together, they keep you together, but if you also do manicures, they will separate you and not be able to keep you together. Best if you come by yourself.
