I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN! The customer service is Awful! I came in for a fill in and pedicure. The lady that did my fill in has a terrible attitude, she barely speaks and she does a TACKY JOB. I had to make her redo my nails multiple times and then the end result was half assed so I had to get another nail tech to redo my gel polish. The dude who was doing my feet was okay i guess but far from the best! And then on top of that they charged me $86.00! I'm so upset. Never again!

I went there for the first time and the young man did a horrible job on my nails. You can see right through my nails. I shouldn't have to tell you to put another coat of paint because this is your job. He didn't take his time. He didn't file my nails evenly. The whole time I was there it's was like I wasn't. No kind of customers service. If I could give him a zero I would.

Very disappointed ! Came to get Mani and pedi done on Wednesday March 21st, 2018 . I had a 30 minute wait in the pedi spa bath , didn't have the color nail polish I wanted so had to settle for another. I didn't ask got a design but put one on my hand anyway ! He said I wasn't charged but my total came up to $67 dollars my hell nails were 30 and pedi 22! Definitely WON'T BE SEEING ME AGAIN ! except through the check out line across the way. Terrible Customer Service And Care !

I'm only giving 2 stars because the technician who did my brows did a decent job BUT her customer service needs work. She barely said 10 words to me (yes I counted). When I paied she didn't give me a receipt and walked off! Reasons why you don't get your beauty needs taken care of at a salon in your local Walmart.
