I have been coming to this salon for several years, and it is the best for my pedicures!! I thank them for helping me walk better!

My toes still hurting days after pedicure. They are nice when they want but they don't really care about customers anymore. I have years as a customer. only one of them knows my in grow nails problem but she is always with attitude. Making me uncomfortable that she knows her sister don't know how to do my peds and asking for her to do it. Not even say please wait, she was with a customer. I was waiting for her but the sister come to do it. I will have to re do it Right now, very disappointing starting my vacation traveling in pain.

I walked into Wal-Mart today, specifically to have my friend pay for a birthday pedicure. There was one lady doing nails for one customer when I told her what I wanted. She gor the attention of another worker that was in the back. When she asked what I want I repeated myself and added that, because I'm disabled, I would need help getting in & out of the chair. She promptly stated that she won't do that andb if I can't get in the chair then I cannot get a pedicure there. I was so hurt and offended. Her helping hand would have been sufficient but she didn't ask me what kind of help I actually needed. I turned and walked out. I will NEVER go back & I will NOT recommend this Regal Nails location. I will also report this to ADA since there has been no accomodation for a person with disabilities. She was rude and wrong. I didn't want to hear another word from her or speak, or even look back her direction. I would never let her touch me to provide a service that I would have been ok to pay for and even provide a tip. This store lost my business and my total respect because of the lady's poor attitude.
