I came in to the establishment one date May 26, 2018. I got there around 4:30 PM and there was a few other ladies waiting as well. They asked me what I wanted for my service and I replied I would like a full set and a polish change. I waited for about 30 minutes and was sent off to a male. He did not greet me. He immediately started to speak his native tongue and have complete disregard for my service. He then continued and asked me if I wanted my nails Square. I replied no sir I want my nails pointy. He said ok $30. I picked out a lime green color. I thought it would be nice to try a light color. While sitting waiting on my service for polish, I was approached by a Nother young lady and she asked to use my polish that I picked out for another client. I replied sure that is fine. Wow in the chair I still have not yet to meet the male who was working on my nails. I said hi so what’s your name. He replied Peter. I have been there for a total of 30 minutes and we had not even exchanged a meet and greet. I thought this was extremely rude. While working on my hands he told me he needed to find a different color because the color was not working. I am form Tim that the young lady just took the polish I initially picked out to use on a different client and he would need to go find that polish. He completely ignored what I said and continued to bring me several other colors. He put two coats on my feet and they looked horrible. He put two coats on my fingers and they looked horrible. He then stated OK ma’am you can go . I am formed him that I was displeased with the work he provided. He position that he didn’t think anything was wrong. I explained to him the situation previously stated above about the young lady. He stated that it was my fault that I picked that color. I am formed him Sir I said I came here for a service and if that is not something you’re able to do then you can paint my entire nails with the accent color “pink“. He said no ma’am I will give you the best of the best Of the best what you’re requesting? He said OK I know what you want I said sorry you’re not listening to me. I want my nails a certain way and I don’t have a lot of time. The young lady before me who picked out the same exact color her nails came out pretty and she walked out of here fine and satisfied. Welcome ma’am you don’t have to pay for your toes. He said. I argued so it’s not about my toes I don’t care about paying for my toes I want them to look nice. He began shouting. I asked him to speak in a better tone because how he was speaking to me was inappropriate. He came back to me and started working on someone else at the same time now I have been here for over an hour. He kept saying you’re done you’re done you’re done. I explained to him I was not satisfied with his customer service and his work And he would need to fix this before I would leave. He said OK and kept making excuses as to why he was unable to finish what I requested. As a result I walked out of there with my highlighter green feet I posted a picture and the public pictures above thank you.Please please please do not go here. Thank you Peter for your unbelievable customer service.

Will not be returning, went there first thing in the morning waited until they opened knowing my service would be great! But no it’s very nasty not clean at all, one of my acrylic nails popped right off as she was shaping them! Currently one of my fingers are sore from the nail not sure why!? The skin around my eyebrows have breakouts after getting them waxed! Just an all around bad experience,

They cut my fingers in 3 places and they don't know how to paint or shape nails. I have a huge lump on my middle finger from the fill they did. The worst shellac fill I've ever paid for. I brought my husband with me for a pedi and they wanted him to wait for 2 other woman who came after us to get his pedi! Not to mention the old lady didn't speak to me and the younger woman cut my hands and painted my fingers. They need to learn about customer service and how to do manicures. It's not supposed to hurt!

Awful! Had a mani pedi and the nail polish was not even dry yet and it started bubbling. So I asked her to redo it and that replacement was all smudgy! Must be old nail polish.

Convenient location but the lady is rough and is always talking on phone in her native language and has a hard time taking her eyes off of the TV
