If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy was more interested in watching his soccer game than paying attention to my nails, because of this he dug the file into my nail bed many times and hit my skin with the file as well. Never going back again. Ps this from my wife.

If I could this place a 0 star rating I would. I went in with my sister in law. Place was dead. There was another nail place down the plaza but they were busy and not taking any more people. So we went here. My sister in law just wanted a relgular pedicure, no color. The man didn’t speak English, which I mean it’s okay I’ve gone to places that haven’t but they still wouldn’t just ignore you. The guy dig really deep and I yank my foot SEVERAL TIMES. And he still didn’t get the message. He rushed though it. I told him I would pay extra if he would message my feet little more. He didn’t. I shouldn’t have left a tip but I hate being rude. Now I regret even paying for it because my left foot big toe got ingrown toenails, and I’m still dealing with them. This place sucks. Surpise they are still even open.

This is the worse nail salon in NC. I was desperate and happened to be in the area. I walked into the empty spa when an elderly woman asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said no that I wanted a "fill in". She didn't seem to know where to start. After this nightmare my nails are now uneven in color and texture...she also went close to my skin while filing and when I pulled back she looked at me harshly. My skin broke. After filing, she took a white cloth and started dusting the surface area, with acrylic dust flying everywhere. Pls dont go to this place. They do not care about you, your nails and your time. It doesn't seem like they want to make money either. Many elderly women walked in and after waiting very long walked away, even though there were two other employees walking up and down without a care in the world. They could barely understand English, so whatever you request never gets done!

Hours say 12-6 on Sunday. At 1:15 they are closed. After reading reviews, I wonder why.

Did a horrible job, went at 5 and was there till 7:05. They rushed and hurt my fingers by jamming the file into my cuticles. Nails were crooked and nail polish and glue was all around my fingers on my skin. Don't go there, horrible job. Was very disapointed. I would rate them a 0 star if I could.
