Totally messed up my sns and made my finger bleed and took TWO hours for sns. Now I'm leaving with ugly ass nails. Never going back

I normally love Nikki but ever since she opened her own place she's been giving poor customer service. When my mom and I go in she'll start doing our nails but as soon as another client comes in she leaves us and works on the other client, finishes them, and then will come back to us. Sometimes we'll schedule her but then we will get a different staff member bc she overbooked, which happens a lot. Today I walked in to get the gel manicure for the first time and she yelled at me in front of other clients! The room went completely silent!! I've been disrespected way too many times here and it's getting really old. It's completely embarrassing when the other staff apologizes for her and try to make it up to you. What's more irritating is that I give BIG TIPS for their service but I get treated like I'm scum.
