Gracie is a phenomenal stylist! I went in for a hair cut, taking off many inches of my hair. She was very careful and double checking if it was going to be too short or not. She 100% cares for her customers and it shows. I’ve never felt so cared for by a stylist before. Will happily return!

To review City Point first I have to tell you a little bit of a back story. I had not cut my hair in about 5 or 6 years. I had not cut it in so long because I had a traumatizing cut at another salon. I came to City Pointe hoping to finally get over my hair scare. I was paired with Diana and right away I knew I'd be ok. She was soft spoken and very polite. She engaged wonderfully in conversation as well. She asked what hair style I was wanting and I showed her a picture. She was so dedicated because let me tell you it was a lot, A LOT of hair. 5 to 6 years worth of hair. She was patient while cutting it as well. She did an amazing job. I am rid of my massive amounts of hair and rid of my hair scare! Thank you Diana and thank you City Pointe. Can't wait to book a hair color from y'all.

I just had a wonderful pedicure from Ashlynn. She took her time with the massages, and made sure my heels were smooth after filing.
Helped me decide on the perfect color. Looking forward to my massage and highlights next week.
Recommend City Pointe for all their services. The 25% discount on Tues. for seniors is icing on the cake.

My friend and I came together for her birthday today. The two girls doing our pedis milled around for 30 mins while we waited. They really were just over the day I think. We weren't given their names, and neither was really that friendly. My girl has super short dark hair. Water was tepid at best, yuck! She didnt bother to use her tools and get cuticles off the nails and because she skipped this step, she didn't get all of the polish off my toes and then she just painted over the polish she left along the edges. We have both had too many pedicures to count in our lives and this was by far the very worst pedicure ever. No dry time for our nails which got ruined upon putting in my sandals and we felt rushed out of her area because it was 6:00 and they no doubt wanted to go home. The girl who did my friend was in a very unprofessional tractor pull shirt but she at least spoke and acknowledged that there was a human being on the other end of the foot she was working on. If this is what they are trained to do I'd say good luck making money on return visits. The entire pedicure took 32 minutes. Massages, what massages?
