Came to Pretty Nails for an eyebrow fix due to another shop messing them up. Walked in, 2 min wait in the wax room then the young lady came in and fixed them the way I originally wanted them. Now I love my eyebrows thanks to Pretty Nails.

I have been coming to Pretty Nail Salon for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Mike, Vicky and Kimme are a wonderful family and so is their business! I love Kimme and Julie to do my nails!

The wife is so rude .I won't go back to this place but I will start going back to my black folks. I know they do good work in Winter Haven.
