Did a great job on m shellac and my friends pedicure. Friendly staff, clean space, very inviting, and good prices!

It took me about an hour and a half of sitting in the waiting area, but after that I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was the best I had ever had! They massage your legs and your feet and it was amazing! I would highly recommend going here for a pedicure or a manicure.

I went to the salon yesterday and had such a great experience!! Wonderful people and great service!! Definitely recommend. It’s a 30 minutes drive from my house, but I will definitely make the drive!!

I went to Elegant Nails for the first, and LAST time on Saturday morning. I was the first client to sign in and had to wait almost ten minutes for a male tech to come to his station even though there were four techs sitting idle at their stations. That in and of itself would not have been an issue, but when he finally arrived, he received a call almost immediately, he stopped to check his phone. I asked if he needed a minute to take the call, he said he didn't, but he continued to receive calls and check his phone throughout the entire session. He was clearly distracted and the end result of my nails was proof of that. Some nails are squared off, some rounded, they are different lengths, two were actually applied off center. He was talking on the phone as he applied the polish and top coat, and the polish is much too thick and there are "bubbles" so it isn't a smooth finished look. To be honest, I could have done better with a $3 set of press on nails. I considered going back and having them correct the horrible job, but my schedule just wouldn't allow. $35 down the drain since I will have to find another salon and have my nails redone.I will NEVER return to Elegant Nails.

I love going to have my nails and a pedicure done! I have been going here for several years now. I have tried other places, none can compare. The owners are wonderful and the staff is great too! We used to live in Ft Mitchell so this was close to home for me. We now live in Independence and I still prefer to drive the few extra miles. They do and excellent job and I would not go anywhere else!!
