First experience dealing with this shop and it was really good then really bad. I really did like my full set polish and she did an excellent job with my feet however, I had them done on a Saturday and two tips broke completely off Sunday. I called on Monday to see if I could schedule an appointment to have them repaired, being as though it’s only been 2 days since my services, I was given a deadline appointment of the next business day to have the services fixed at no charge, even though they literally snapped in the tub. I don’t stay in the area and only traveled for the services. So now I have a beautiful set of 8 nails that I spent $100 on.
Update: I’ve had the full set for about 2 weeks and 7 of the tips they put on broke. One literally snapped in 2 while I was scratching my jaw. I love the polish choices but the products they use are horrible and cheap. I’ve never had this many nails to break on a full set.

I love this place. Lena is professional and very efficient. She has a beautiful spirit and personality. Teresa and JC are just as detailed and professional!

Horrible. I decided to try this nail shop because it’s near my home. Never again. I was assigned to the 8th chair. The nail tech ran hot water in the tub and that was it. She turned the water off and didn’t add anything to the water and she didn’t turn the jets on either. I noticed everyone else had pedicure salt added to their water and jets also. Finally, the nail tech doing nails walked across the room and fixed my water. Since I sat there 15-20 minutes before this was addressed, my water was cold also. So of course, I needed more water. While the jets were finally on, the fan broke in the water and the jets cut off.I was assigned a broken chair. I dried my feet off and left. I don’t spend money where poor customer service is given.

Slow, horrible customer service, overpriced, and incompetent. Nail polish is chipping within days on acrylic! The rhinestones on the designs fell off overnight. If it were possible to give a negative star rating that would be my option. I wouldn't go back to this place for a free service. There are much better mediocre nail salons than this place. This place was just so convenient to my house but lesson learned. I should have read the reviews first and saved my $55.00.

Horrible service!!!! She was rushing while doing my nails and cut me finger in the process. Nail polish is all over my nails like a amateur did it unprofessional extremely unprofessional!!!
