I used to be a regular customer and recently returned for a simple gel nail manicure and pedicure. The polish on my nails lasted six days and my toes lasted seven. I returned to complain and the owner re-did my nails. They lasted an addition day... so sad. Don’t have time or money to keep doing this song and dance.

I came in at 4:45 to get my eyebrows waxed and they denied me service. The woman doing someone’s nails said “we can’t do that for you, we’re too busy tonight.” Mind you it is before five and they don’t close until seven. There were only four other customers, all being helped. I would have been happy to wait however long it took. I am eighteen and I look young for my age, I am guessing they thought I couldn’t pay or something which is why they turned me away. It doesn’t really matter now but it was just a very disappointing experience that really bothered me in the moment. I Won’t be returning ever.

Worst nail place ever. I asked for a pedicure and gel nails. Left with the worst regular nail polish. A 3 year old could do a better job. The foot tubs were leaking all over, the water was cold. Had 3 different people working on me . The owner her husband and an employee who was not of Asian descent. She was the only one that was trying to do a decent job. When they weren't shoving her out of the way and yelling at her. Would not recommend this place. I hope the employee knows her worth and gets the he'll out of there.

I went a couple of days ago for a pedicure. The man doing my “deluxe” service gave me such a hard message that I have bruises all up and down my legs. My husband noticed the bruises right away that evening. The polish? Well I wish I could add a picture so you can see how awful it turned out. I thought about going back to have them fix it, but I don’t have the confidenc that I will walk away happy.

I had tried many salons around Albuquerque but when I discovered Pacific Salon my hunt was over! Dena introduced me to hot gel nails that replaced my prior solar acrylics and I love them. As a former teacher, I really appreciate that Dena is always learning and trying the newest techniques and always works to make sure I am totally satisfied.
