I love this nail salon. All the ladies who work here are so nice and friendly. I've never had a bad experience there, even if they're super busy. This is also a great place for waxing.

I work at Angel Nails and have for the past 5+years. I could work anywhere but love the people of Boaz and all of our clientele 😍 Recently I had a very rude and intangible customer come in trying to tell me how to do the job I am trained for and licensed for while cursing and belligerent then proceed to berate us on social media and in these reviews. She has also asked her friends that have never had our services to do the same. We love our customers and pray for Tricia Smith.

I give one star because the first time I went was a good experience. My tech was good and treated me well! I don't know her name but she was the reason I came back. The second time I went back was a different story (the first tech wasn't there). I didn't get what I asked for and the techs were really rude and did a bad job. The nails looked awful. I went back the next day and the same crew was there. I asked to speak with a manger or the owner and the "American" girl wouldn't give me a number but after I said I was going to stay until she gave me a name or number she finally gave me a name. Another tech jumped up and told me to leave that I was "agging on" the "American" girl. And not once was I rude or did I raise my voice. I immediately went down the street and had my nails fixed at Queen Nails. They charged less and did a great job. Problem solved. No one will stay in business long treating customers like that.

Beware!!!! Local friends!!! I came in to get a full set of nails Asked the American girl if she could hand file my natural nails instead of using the drill. She refused telling me she didn't know how to do that! Ummm what??? Than I asked if she went to school to which she said no but that she did an apprenticeship!!! Umm no sweetie that's not how it works! Than the other technician behind me said if you don't like it...you can leave!!! All because I asked to hand file my nails!!! In Boaz in the shop in front of Walmart I will be reporting this to the Health Department in the morning
