Was not very welcoming.. was not impressed, with service i received . Nail polish started chipping off about 2 days after having them done .

Took my daughter to get acrylic nails and I specified that I wanted my daughter nails short in length to not only the girl who did my nails and the owner who did her nails. However, when my daughter nails were finished, not only were they too long but the nails were too big and were some were shiny and some were matte. (She wanted matte) . When asked the owner to fix it, she had an attitude and stated that she asked my daughter if the length was okay. I told her that, my daughter was not paying for her nails, that I was and I told both her and the lady doing my nails from the start that I wanted her length to be short because she played sports. The owner had the worse attitude and did a half job fixing them so I had to ask her a 3rd time to not only shorten the nails, but file them down and fix the polish. When I was leaving, I inquired about a discount due to the inconvience and was told no ahe could not do that because she worked hard on my daughters nails.
I was taken aback that a simple discount would not be granted because not only have I been going here for over 2 years faithfully for various services but I also brought them several customers. The owner then told me that if I did not like the way they do nails, I could take my business elsewhere.
T&L Nail Spa will never have to worry about me doing business with them ever again or referring anyone to them. Horrible customer service especially for an owner.

These people are awesome they do great designs too.. they are also very patient I bring like a squad of 8 most times that I go and they make sure every one gets what they want and are happy

I love this nail salon! Great service and clean bowls with a clean basket with every pedicure! I highly recommend this place!
