Always friendly, even when they're busy I don't feel I've ever had to wait too long, I often do call ahead anyway. Everyone has done a good job with my gel manicures. Great pedicure experiences as well.

I go to Lina her table is #7. I love her work is do a great job. She takes her time but she's fast with her work. She make you feel very welcoming to tge shop.

I get there and ask how long of a wait, they say ten min, it was 15 min so not that bad. I wouldn't be upset but there were two employees sitting there not doing anything!
The lady doing my nails was very pushy in tying to get me to spend more money on getting a gel fill instead of a regular acrylic fill like I wanted. She was very persistent, "It's prettier, and doesn't chip and last longer." It was annoying, I shouldn't have to say no numerous times.
THEN SHE MADE ME BLEED. I understand accidents happen, they shouldn't but they do. I was upset because she didn't even say sorry, she just kept wiping up my blood.

The only reason that I am giving this a three is because I am getting a lot of compliments on the nail color I chose... Lisa the nail tech isn't very good at shaping, I asked for gel full set not to be confused with gel nail polish. She didn't think I knew any better she used the regular acrylic powder but charger me for it. Then I like my nails square and very little tapering of the nail. The easiest shaping ever, and there is no natural curve, they are flat. My pedicure was decent but again for some reason they think everyone likes short toe nails, but I do not. She kept trying to push on me the hair pedicure but I didn't fall for that. This place has the potential of being a good but they need more training on customer service and nail design and stop deluting the products to save money.

First and LAST time. I came an hr before they closed and Lisa said she could take me. She kept asking me to get the gel polish (because it dries faster and she was ready to leave) but the reviews stated not to so I didn’t. I asked for a color and she stated they have it in gel only... as if I didn’t know better. Then when I found my color, she painted my coats so thick the polish was rolling off my nails and was upset that I asked her to remove it. That’s the short version of the experience as I hate to leave a bad review. I left with a full set and no polish. The experience was a total waste.
