Started going here recently, and I'm very pleased with the outcome of my nails every time. Everyone here is so nice :)

I went here after not having acrylics for about 4 months asking for a full set. I called around 4 that day asking what time they close and if they had time for me to come in that day. They told me they close at 6:30 and to come in at 5:30. I made sure to be on time because I know full sets take a while. When I got there I told the women who I was and that I called earlier. She yelled for a woman in the back and when she came out she said “are you serious? I really have to do this right now.” I pretended not to hear and proceeded to pick a color. I asked for a long thin square shape. But while I was getting them done the lady was fileing my nails so hard 4 of them were bleeding and she was peeling skin off the others. I hated the way the shape turned out but I didn’t want to ask her to fix them bc my nails hurt so bad. Any time she needed my hand she would hit the top of it in a rude manner. When she was done she grabbed her purse and coat before my nails were dry and told me I had to leave because they were closed even though my nails weren’t completely dry. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back.

I was not pleased in the least by this "high end" salon. It was my first visit and I went for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing with a friend. I had my eyebrows done first and some older woman sat me in a pedicure chair that doesn't recline and started waxing and ripping off my eyebrows with no care or detail. It took her all of three minutes to finish and she didn't even shape them so I pretty much came out looking the same as when I went in after a 10 dollar wax! I can get it for 8 and they actually care about what they are doing at t and c in the auburn mall. Than, my friend and I wanted pedis after both having a stressful week to relax and we got rushed out of our chairs so fast we didn't even have time to enjoy it. The pedicure didn't even take a half hour and there was little attention to detail also not to mention it was 30 dollars for a pedicure!!! I asked the woman if she could scrub my heels good because they were very dry and cracked and she literally scrubbed them three times and was finished. I felt so rushed that I will not go back here EVER. I can get wayyy better service in a way more relaxed environment at t&c or queen nails in webster. Not a good first impression at all.

Van was super nice and accommodating. Went in for a new full set and she was able to salvage my set on. I'm super picky with my nails and she did a great job. She brought my nails back to life. I will continue to drive out to Oxford.

Worst nail salon I have ever gone too. I went to go get my nails done the day of prom and showed them what I wanted it came out horrible they were crooked and not the color I wanted at all. I had to rip them off and break my regular nails so they wouldn’t look so bad. Instead I glued french tip ones on to make it look at least a little better then before. I would not recommend this place it’s the worst.
