My wife and I go together and they are top notch. I get the full works on pedicures and manicures and feel so relaxed coming out. For the record, i am a hetrosexual male who enjoys the relaxation they provide.

They do a great job. I highly recommend making an appt with Gaby she is amazing and she will not make you wait. She does a great job, she takes her time and is super nice.

Before today, I had gone to Broadmoor nails once for a pedicure. I had had a fine experience so I decided return with my mom and daughter for mother’s day. We made a reservation, and when we arrived 5 minutes early, every pedicure chair was full with no signs of clearing out in the near future.

Poor customer service, first time ever I haven’t tipped.
No respect for your time, I came for a pedi, 2 hours later left with polish change. I spent 1.5 hours waiting - watching as they took people that clearly came in after me.
Then they charged $30 for the polish change.

I've gotten shellac a few times, each time after about 4 days they come right off. Wont be going back. They rush you right out.
