Excellent service and wonderful staff. The price is reasonable and its quite a pleasant experience. I will always come back to regal nails for my services.

I went here with my boyfriend, it was his first time getting a pedicure. I asked for the basic pedi for him $20 and the deluxe for me $35. I ended up being charged $25 for him and $40 for me, when I asked why I was charged more, the man looked at me and just shook his head saying yes like he didn’t understand me.
Now for the experience! The man who did my feet did a terrible job. He told me he usually just does hands. I would have rather waited for the girl doing my boyfriends feet to do mine when she was done. He hurt me when filing my toes and caused me to bleed. He burnt the hell out of my feet with hot water, when I lifted my foot out for him to work on it the color difference between my leg and foot/ankle was day and night, blood red! I told him it was too hot and he “adjusted” it but clearly not enough. Oh and that extra charge for “deluxe” was supposed to be dry skin removal and massage. He missed a lot of dry skin and the “massage” was rubbing lotion on my legs, he never touched my feet during this.
After he was done, I still had dry skin on my heels, my toe nails were too long because he just filed them and didn’t clip, and my polish was thin and bubbly. You can see through the polish and it’s rough with ripples and bubbles.
I paid $70 for the two of us, my boyfriends basic pedi went fine because the girl knew what she was doing. But I was up charged for us both and given no explanation. I left a $5 tip because they basically stole money from me for an extra tip.
If you’re going to go here make sure the person doing your pedi is regular at it! And watch out when you pay!

Completely awful. Discriminate agaisnt a person that is DD and in a wheel chair. Said they couldn't do her nails until noon, this was at 10:30. At 11:15 they were standing around talking. Real professional!! She just wanted her nails painted for her birthday!!

Amazing. Fast friendly. I wish I could find a salon like this in Spokane.
