My mom, sister, and I decided to splurge by getting pedis. While they were given a foot massage and had quality French pedicures, my lady did horribly. She didn't massage my feet and the result of my French pedicure was very different from theirs. Their pedis looked like it was done by the same person. My lady didn't take off my red nail polish completely. she half assed my pedicure. Some of my toes weren't fully polished with clear nail polish and some of the white tips weren't fully polished. I'm very disappointed. I don't plan on coming back. My sister was also injured during her pedicure by accident. Although it was clear they felt horrible, they sanitized her wound. There was a band aid available because we saw it but they didn't give it to her.

The lady that is management is always very rude!! She really needs to read the reviews written about her and try to change her approach to professionalism and kindness. The ones that actually do all the work are nice. I love Tammy she is great! Most of them will give you exceptional service and you can't beat the $20 spa pedicure! I feel like they talk about you in Vietnamese when you leave a tip lol but I don't care I give them what I want. Which is usually 15% to %25. I would recommend them just try not to deal with management.

I've been here several times and have been satisfied for the most part. The manager is a little rough on you no matter what she's doing nails, eye brows and pedi. But recently I was getting a mani pedi for my daughter and I. The older gentleman and some of the girls where there laughing and joking around and then he would say nice color to me and start laughing again. He's actions and my lack of understanding their language made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be going here anymore. I was told by a friend to try Iluvnails by Kohls amd that what I'll do. She said their great and only speak English.

I've been going to delta nail salon for about a year now. The place is nice but the service is severely lacking. I've said the last several times I will not be back. The worst part is when your nail tech is working on your nails and someone else comes in, you get moved to another nail tech. So you have to start over explaining what you want done. Happens all the time to everyone. This last time, which will be my last time, the polish was slapped on in a hurry, and you can really tell!! Pictures shown are the day they were done. If you have acrylics or any type of lay over your nail they do not trim your cuticles. If you come in for a pedicure they may seat you right away but it's nothing to have to wait 45 min- an hour before you even have water on your feet. Ive returned so many times because there is ONE lady that does awesome work but she is usually busy with someone else waiting. Save yourself a headache, go elsewhere.

This salon is just ok. The prices aren't too bad but you get what you pay for. It is always very crowded and my nails started chipping after just 1 day.
