Been coming here for years. The wait is always long. Waited an hour to be rushed through my spa pedicure and manicure. She didn't even massage my arm. I complained to owner if I pay buy money I shouldn't be rushed. She says "we have lots customers' lost my business. Time to find a new place. Customer service is key! Friendly yes they are but I pay for good work and good customer service.

I just left there after going back in to have 3 of my nails redone because the nail polish was too thick. I had her re-do the three and she still applied too much and they are messed up again. I will never return. Evans may be expensive but they are worth it. LNT you need to update your dryer machines and when a customer says one layer then one layer it should be.
