I went in and ask for prices. I was looking for my style of nails which normally cost me $25 everywhere. And they wanted to charge me $30+. The man did not know what he was doing and there’s a lady who doesn’t know how to paint a nail. Oh my god. I will never go here again! On top of that, there was ants crawling.

I love this place jo and ann are my all time favs always a great experience when i go and no complaints about the service or treatment i travel 4hrs just to see my ann and she does me right every time loyal customer i will remain 5yrs strong in counting. I will say now i noticed they are starting to get popular from when i first started coming so now i just call ahead to make an appointment to avoid the wait time. I always recommend ppl to check them out and i will continue to do so. i love this place, only place in the city of Jacksonville i will let touch my hands.

Litterly the worst nail place I've been to. First time was great Ann the manager did my nails. I got so many compliments. This time no no no. Ann was busy so she yelled for Jo twice. I still was standing a good 10 minutes first red flag. The lady next to Jo finally asked me to have a seat. So I sat down.. Where I waited another 15 min before he ever came over second red flag. Then he finally started doing my nails. One he wouldnt let me pick how long I wanted them he cut so short he cut my real nails to third red flag. He was so ruff and blamed it on me saying to relax forth red flag. In the end my nails where cricked and my nails where not pretty. Got home I managed to shape them up and repaint them. Now here i am not even a week later and the nails have already broke off im down to three left. I called yesterday 4-26-17 Ann didnt even want to take concern told me to come in today 4-27-17. At this point im fed up and have just slightly pushed on the last three and the came off with ease. Ill never come back. Im going to a new place tomorrow to basically start all over and it has not even been a week.

Possibly worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The manager Ann was such a sweetheart but the lady who did may nails was so worried about upselling me on my eyebrows and nails she didn't even do my nails correctly. It looks like a kid did my nails, to be honest, because parts of my nails weren't even covered with nail polish. I could have done a better job myself. Last time I will be going to this place. If Ann isn't available it's not worth visiting because everyone else will do a half fast job.
