i used to come here every time i got my nails done because it’s a convenient location. they’ve always had a rude staff, especially the older lady. there’s a young woman that speaks very good english and she’s very nice, and the man is pretty kind, but that woman is so rude!! she got a bad attitude with me and then said something in another language and the other woman laughed, and i’m almost positive they were talking about me. felt very uncomfortable, not going back. almost forgot to mention they cut me literally every time i go. one time i started bleeding bad and the rude woman didn’t even apologize, just put some gel stuff over it. do not recommend, very rude staff.

SO rude, SO rushed even with an empty waiting area. My first shellac manicure looked like my 4 year old nephew did it, so, went back tonight for a Shellac polish change (exactly 1 week), 3 of my nails have cracked & chipped after 5 hours!
The place is dirty. Their service is rude, & the younger male nail technician (when I specifically asked for another, but was turned down) has the most disgusting hand hygiene including nasty nails with dirt underneath, open sores & cuts as well.
I don’t have an option to give less than one star. This place is dumpster fire.

I'm never going back there!!!! The guy overcharged me 2 different times. When I brought it to his attention he insisted it was an honest mistake. I always tip so I didn't make a big deal about it.
They have added a new, young, male technician who is horrible with shellac. The last time he polished my nails, it lasted 3 days before started peeling. After my pedicure tonight they sent him over to polish my nails. I didn't want to be rude but I wasn't willing to have to repeat the visit in three days either. I ask if I could wait for a different tech to polish my nails and I was told no. I couldnt believe they thought they could force me to accept terrible service!!!! NOT today or ever.. Of course I was overcharged $4 AGAIN. It's simple math people...
I'll never come here again!!!!!
