This was the worst pedicure ever. High prices but they don't deliver the service. If your gonna charge those prices then give your clients what there paying for. I'm visiting from Atlanta Georgia I get my Mani and pedi done every 2 weeks without fail. I'm use to paying high prices but I get great service and pedi done right. The owner didn't even offer to redo pedi with someone else still charged me the full amount even after he saw how upset I was even after I told him she didn't do anything but polish my nails cause I made her stop. They didnt care that a client didn't get proper service. He just wanted the money. He should have only charged me at least half cause seriously nothing was done. Don't go to this place they don't care you get a good experience. I'm so dissatisfied with the girl who attempted to do my pedi she needs training in good customer service and how to do a proper pedi without hurting you and rushing. its by appointment only so why rush she was horrible I have never been so livid and angry at a service I was willing to pay so much for. She sucks bad customer service all around

The BEST nail place in Santa Fe! Everyone speaks amazing English, great prices and super attentive, quality work. The owner couple are humble and work along all the staff. Come on, when’s the last time you’ve seen a successful business owner actually work along side their employees instead of bossing everyone around?! Nail artists are happy to work here and it shows. Book early, usually there’s a 2 week wait. Get on the waitlist to be squeezed in early :)

I'm an RVer it is difficult to find a good nail tech.
You will not be disappointed with any of the people, but for me Tommy is the best.

I went in to get my nails done without an appointment because their website says “walk-ins welcome” but was immediately turned away at the front desk and the women there told me they only accept you with an appointment. So much for walk ins welcome! However, I had been there a couple times before with an appointment and they were very nice and did a great job on my nails then. Definitely recommend making an appointment, otherwise don’t even bother.

The nail technician I had was kind and patient with me. Originally my nails where uneven and she managed to make them look the same without trimming them too short. I would recommend making an appointment before going. Definitely worth the price.
