The first time I came here was the first time I had ever gotten a full set of acrylics. The girl that did my nails was pretty rude. She cut me twice while doing my nails. Then when I asked for black polish she looked up and said “black? What are you goth?” I was quoted $32 over the phone for a full set of acrylics. I picked out a color from the display nails not knowing that I was picking a gel color. So when I paid the total was $52. I was surprised but I didn’t argue and just paid it. I didn’t want to go back to this place. After a over a year I thought I’d give them another chance. Only because most of the other salons had closed after 7pm and this one was open until 9pm. I called and again was quoted $32 over the phone. So I went. Got a full set. Made sure a chose a regular polish this time.. but when I paid the total had some how jumped to $42. On top of that my nails could have been done better. I feel ripped off every time I come here. I will not be going back.

I went in to treat myself to a full set of nails. I got there right when they opened so I had no wait. The tech who did my nails was very fast, which I loved because I didn't want to be there all day. He was very detailed and careful to make sure my nails were even length. When he was done, I was thrilled with how they looked! Very natural looking! Best looking manicure I've ever had. I wish he had told me his name. The inside of the shop is beautiful and clean, unlike some other nail salons. Prices are reasonable too.
But, the tech was very abrupt and not very friendly. No big deal. Also, in his hurry to get done quickly he cut a couple of my fingers with the file. Ouch!
Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and would go back.

There are so many stations here that you can usually get seen within a half an hour; however, this creates a more impersonal feeling. I do love the massage chairs that are at every pedicure station and they have a wide selection of colors to choose from.

I am sitting here still waiting on service. The front desk person was horribly rude!!! She sent me to the pedi chair where I've been sitting wondering if anyone is going to take care of me. I see 4 people waiting in front of the desk wondering if anyone is going to take care of them. I just wanted a relaxing afternoon after a very stressful week and I am getting to walk out ... I doubt they'll even notice-that's how impersonal this place is. I am teaching a training at the Hilton Garden Inn in the a.m. and just wanted my nails to look nice but I don't think that's happening anytime soon.

Do not understand why they are looking around, do not pay attention to what they are do. This place is all about hurry up so they can get the next customer. Certinally do not earn what that charge. Will have to go to Toledo for now on.
