Sweet staff but the quality is something to be desired. Edges aren't clean, nails aren't completely covered in spots, didn't ask what length i wanted and left them different shapes. They smudged two nails and tried to pretend it didn't happen until I said something; then they covered it up with clear top coat.

My wife got her nails done here and Nancy told her that the polish she was using may not work. She said if it doesn't to come back and she will fix it. The gel never dried so my wife went back in. Nancy treated her extremely rudely for coming back and yelled at her in front of the other customers. One of the customer even stood up for her. She was very embarrassed. Nancy said, now what you, want me to fix it for free!!! She reluctantly finally said she will do it after my wife said she will do it herself. My wife has gone there for years with her Mom and they will never come back.

Polite and friendly staff, but sloppy work. Had to have pedicure corrected twice and will still have to remove excess polish from skin when I get home.
